Fragments

This piece displays fragmented parts of buildings pieced together. In the center, there is a complete image of the building. In fact, this piece reflects the psychology of the early stage of a relationship that relies on superficiality. With only some pieces of information on a person, we tend to mentally assemble and organize them, making up our own interpretations of the person. However, as shown by the complete image of the building, ultimately the person’s real self is drastically different from the image that we piece together.
